Under the theme "classical and pop", toumei manila produces good old, mom's generation one-piece dresses accentuating details such as unique materials, colorful back fabric and vintage buttons. Since toumei manila was established in 2004 the designer has been engaged exclusively in producing girly look dresses at atelier shop in Kitasenju, downtown Tokyo.
